Facilities
The Harbour View Golf Course is located within Kil-cona Park. The large recreation complex is designed to provide residents and visitors to the city with activities and amenities commonly found at resort locations. The main clubhouse, lockers, pro shop and other structures are fashioned to resemble a Maritime fishing village. Recreation activity choices include: pedal boating, tennis, miniature golf, horseshoes, deck shuffleboard, lawn bowling, children’s adventure playground and sand volleyball. A large open picnic area with barbecue sites is also available for use.

Popular winter activities include cross country skiing, tobogganing, skating and broomball. Rental skis, skates and broomball equipment are available. Cross-country ski instruction is available.

The complex is a popular destination for school classes, business and volunteer groups, sports wind-ups, birthday parties and more. After a round of golf or a day of recreation activity relax and enjoy a snack or meal in the restaurant or fireplace lounge. The restaurant outdoor deck extends over the water providing a close up with local waterfowl and a spectacular sunset view. Weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, business meetings and golf banquets are accommodated in the spacious banquet hall. Outdoor functions are also an option.
